Meet the Founder

As the founder of Manas Cor Psych, I bring an array of experiences and expertise to this practice. With a strong background in psychology, my training and research have shaped my approach to mental wellness.

My desire to start a boutique private practice geared toward a balanced perspective for mental health support and diversity inspired the name Manas Cor. Manas is Sanskrit for “mind” and Cor is Latin for “heart.” These are both are nods to my identities as a South Asian American woman and a clinical psychologist who uses evidence-based practices in my clinical work.

Colloboration and teaching is a strong passion of mine and is a cornerstone of Manas Cor Psych’s mission. We provide quality clinical care with empathy and warmth.

Welcome to my practice!
